Come slow down and get creative with us.

A community art atelier in the Netherlands. We teach Warli and Madhubani folk art from India, painted onto old things you bring from home.

Three pillars hold up everything we make.

Art and tradition

We share folk art traditions from India that many people here have never seen, like the geometric lines of Warli and the colourful stories of Madhubani. Teaching them helps keep these stories alive.

Making, not buying

Art shouldn't cost the earth. We paint on things that already exist: old clothes, worn furniture, canvas scraps and everyday objects. What looks like waste is a story waiting to be told.

Food, art and stories

One day we want a space of our own, where art, storytelling and food share one room. For now, we bring them together at small home evenings.

Our next workshops are being planned.

We ran our first two folk art upcycling workshops in Delft this summer. Next, we're planning sessions in Rotterdam, Leiden and Delft. There are no dates yet. Leave your name and city, and we'll write to you when there are.
